ARINOX concludes its production expansion plan

ARINOX SpA (Sestri Levante – Genova – Italy), a company of the Arvedi Group, has recently concluded its important production development and expansion plan consisting in the installation of new production and finishing lines for precision rolled stainless steel thin strip in width 1270 mm, in this way becoming the world’s leading producer.

Arinox stainless steel strip is aimed mainly at sectors of application with high technological content such as the car, chemical, petrochemical, electronics, precision mechanics and biomedical industries.

This important investment plan has led to the installation of A new 20-hi Sundwig rolling mill, an Ebner bright annealing (BA) line with in-line tension leveller, a new Ungerer tension levelling line and new automatic packaging lines serving the new cutting lines.

Arinox, having completed this expansion phase, Arinox has now acquired an overall production capacity of over 50,000 tonnes/year of precision strip and with the widening of its size range has increased its competitive edge.
