Production structure

The production plants are composed of:

• one slitting line and 20 forming and welding lines using Laser, TIG and plasma welding techniques;
• one controlled atmosphere heat treatment furnace for bright annealing;
• numerous tube finishing lines including pickling, tube straighteners, end facing, cut-to-length facilities, satin finishing, mirror polishing and non-destructive tests.

ILTA Inox covers an area of 216,000 m², of which 51,000 m² are industrial buildings and 1,700 m² accessory and service buildings.
