Line pipe and district heating

LINE PIPE

ARVEDI line pipe is destined for carrying pressurized fluids and are is typically used in the oil and gas civil and industrial sectors.

These pipes are supplied as-rolled or polyethylene-coated and are supplied in compliance with standards API5L and ISO 3183, ASTM A53.

ATA produces line pipe through high frequency (HFW) induction welding without additional material.

The Line Pipe produced according to standard API 5L by Arvedi Tubi Acciaio is covered by API certification, licence number 5L-0293.

 

DISTRICT HEATING

Arvedi produces and supplies pipes for district heating in accordance with the prescriptions of standard EN 253 customer specifications.

Arvedi pipes for district heating are welded tubes produced according to the EN 10217 standard series and can be supplied normalized in the welding zone or fully normalized. Arvedi piped are made in the steel grades in accordance with legislation or in special steel grades according to customer specifications; depending on application requirements Arvedi pipes can be supplied in lengths from 6 to 16 metres.

As completion of test documents, Arvedi Tubi Acciaio can provide PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) certification in compliance with the requirements of European Directive PED 2014/68/EU.

 

WATER PIPES

Arvedi Tubi Acciaio uses high quality carbon steels characterized by excellent physical and mechanical properties. The repeatability of these characteristics allows consistency and uniformity weldability and workability during installation.

Pipes for aqueducts are produced with high frequency (HF) longitudinal welding from hot rolled strip, comply with the prescriptions of standard EN 10224 and can be coated externally with polyethylene and internally with epoxy paints.

Arvedi water pipe is produced in compliance with EN 10224 standard.

Supplies are accompanied by test certificate in accordance with EN 10204. Moreover, Arvedi water pipe is CE-certified and covered by performance certification in accordance with EU directive 305/2011.
