1’ 20 °C t 1080 1050 10÷30’ 20” Heat treatment cycle 1 Il trattamento termico di solubilizzazione in atmosfera controllata (ricottura brillante) a temperatura tra 1040°C e 1100°C consente sia di eliminare l’effetto incrudimento dovuto alla formatura a freddo del nastro per ottenere il tubo sia di uniformare la struttura cristallina della zona di saldatura (zona termicamente alterata). Le varie fasi del trattamento termico di durata e velocità di flusso del tubo vengono costantemente monitorate al fine di ottenere e garantire una corretta solubilizzazione. Heat treatment in a controlled atmosphere (bright annealing) at a temperature ranging between 1040°C and 1100°C allows the elimination of the bend-hardening effect caused by the cold forming of the tube and obtains a homogenous microcrystalline structure on the heat-affected areas. The different stages of the heat treatment and the time and speed of the tube inside the furnace are constantly monitored in order to achieve and guarantee correct solubilization.
